Privacy policy

This Policy explains what data the website l2radar.top (the “Site”) processes, why and for how long. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and takes into account the GDPR for visitors from the European Union.

1. Controller

2. What we process

• Form data (add a server, feedback, “Is this your server?”): name (optional), a contact (Telegram, Discord or email), server details and your message.
• Anonymous usage statistics: pages viewed, clicks to server websites, filters used, country, device type, browser language, referrer. Your full IP address is not stored: we keep only a truncated address without the last block (e.g. 185.122.185.0), the country and network provider derived from it, and an irreversible daily-changing hash to count unique visitors. This data cannot identify a specific person.
• Security log: for suspicious requests (vulnerability scanning, intrusion attempts, password guessing) and admin logins we store the IP address, time, request URL and User-Agent to protect the Site (legitimate interest). Kept for 30 days.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• replying to your request — your consent, given when you submit a form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a));
• operating the Site and preventing spam and abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f));
• improving the Site with statistics — legitimate interest; the data is anonymised.

4. Retention

• form submissions — until the purpose is fulfilled, at most 3 years, or until you withdraw consent;
• detailed usage events — 90 days; only daily totals are kept afterwards.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses technical cookies (session and form protection) that are required for it to work. It also uses Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), which sets its own cookies for visit statistics, including session replay. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the Site will keep working. 6. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data, except with services required to run the Site (hosting provider Timeweb LLC, Yandex Metrica) and where required by law. Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or withdraw consent by contacting us: l2top@proton.me. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We reply within 30 days.

We may update this Policy; the current version is always available on this page.
